We appreciate your support and hope you are happy with your order. However, if your item has not arrived or has arrived damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a refund. Please review our return policy below for more details.
RETURNS
To qualify for a refund, one of the following conditions must be met:
- Your order has not been delivered.
- Your item arrived damaged or defective (proof of damage required).
All refund requests must be made within 30 days of the order date.
RETURN PROCESS
If your item qualifies for a refund, please contact our customer service team at duelwars.store@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. If the item is damaged, please attach clear photos showing the issue.
Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process (if applicable) or issue a refund accordingly.
REFUNDS
After reviewing your case, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 3 business days for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Refunds are not available for reasons other than non-delivery or damaged items.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
